Look back at the FR archives from about May of last year when Newt was in the single digits, and we here were not sounding much different than Beck is today. Remember every Newt thread had the Newt Pelosi couch pitcher? What happened to those? And what about all the progressive quotes made by Newt we were so eager to share? We are the ones that changed. Beck and Drudge have remained steadfast all this time. And we hate them for that? I can understand liking Newt over Romney, but lets not pretend we were in love with Newt from the beginning.
