It's better to not win AI. I can name more non-winners who made it than winners who defeated them.
PP may be similar to something like the soul patrol who is not doing so well but my problem with PP tonight was that he was pitchy. Josh can't get out of church mode and Jessica can sing soft but she didn't sing softly with intensity. Tonight was too darn slow and too darn soft.
IMO. Maybe the x-factor will have some ready to be huge contestants.
Finally, I thought Tommy Hilfiger was going to pick out their clothes. Maybe PP in something other than drab would help me get in his camp.
I am with you as far as tonight show went on AI they could not have put on a bigger snooze fest leading up to the final two. I watched it twice even thou on the second go around I was ever so slightly distracted by Patti Ann Brown I still can't remember a performance that stood out. It was just one long monotoned song for me.
Who ever was picking out these tunes must have been on the pay-role of ASCAP and really needed the royaltie checks. This is supposed to be the night they all bring it and really kick it up a notch but instead of Emeril Lagasse hyped up on energy drinks we got Martha Stewart overdosing on Zolof while eating a whole deep fried turkey.
Yeah maybe PP can hook up with Ta-Ta and both do a lounge act together in Vegas. The one tune he did he nailed it but who cares like the rest of them tonight all boring.
I would like to see the beginning show ratings Vs. the end of the show ratings. I would say if Ledet gets through he should win it. If there are any viewers still awake next week to vote for him that is.
