There was a whole episode of the X-Files about a HOA, lol. Mulder and Scully moved into a neighborhood, posing as a married couple. After being read the riot act by the tyrants on the board, Mulder kicked over his mailbox.
By the time he got back inside the house, the mailbox was straight again. And clean :)
FYI..In that episode ( and thanks for the pic) “THE PETRIES” was a reference to the old Dick Van Dyke show..Rob and Laura Petrie..who lived on Bonnie Meadow Road in New Rochelle...and there actually is a Bonnie Meadow road in New Rochelle...people still drive by it to this day.....Rob Reiner really lived there at the time, and added it to the show...
