I’m back all went well. I think they are so happy that someone under 60 cares enough to come and hear what’s going on in the neighborhood. All is forgiven with the dirty mailbox:)

LOL! We got a naughty slip from ours once because on our otherwise empty porch I had a flower box and I let two of the plants turn brown.
OMG ain't that the truth! We get like 2 homeowners at are regular board meetings...and maybe 4 or 5 at the Homeowners meeting unless we mention that a Special Assessment might be necessary....then tons of people show up....lol.
