Gives attitude to Mary J. Blige during rehearsals. Blige and Iovine don't like her Whitney song choice. Blige physically recoils--LOL. They suggest Elise change to "I'm Your Baby Tonight."

She does ... but it doesn't really help. Robotic and bland.

J-Lo: Whitney's a beast, we know this. It's undenialbe that you have an amazing voice, but I don't think this was your best. You felt a little unsure. I know Elise and I know she can murder this.

Steven: (didn't care for it, knows she's better than this)

Randy: Wasn't your greatest performance. Felt like you were boxing with the song. Just sit in the song. Enjoy it. This girl is amazing and amazing potential, but that one wasn't great.

Elise: I didn't know 'that song' at all. I felt if I knew if for a month, it might have been better ...

She looks embarrassed. Makes very little eye-contact with the camera.

Sidenote: Jermaine continues to have the least number of Facebook fans. While Colton, Heejun and Phillips have between 15,000 to 24,000 fans, Jermaine has less than 3000.

Didn't catch the name of this Stevie Wonder song. It's okay, I guess. Everything this guy sings sounds like "Old Man River."
