As someone who has spent many hours counseling young girls that have been fooled into sex by older men, I have seen what it costs the girls. And I find it down right idiotic to find anyone that encourages such behavior.
A thirteen year old, in today’s society, is not mature enough to have sex. Mayhap it was ok back in the day of the six-gun, and the wild west when the need for propagating was foremost, but not today.
