I should be dead, then. Back when I could afford store-bought bacon, I would regularly eat a quarter pound with breakfast. Along with biscuits, gravy, and hen fruit.

And maybe a side of 'taters.

I've slowed down on that since I'm taking my hogs from the free range, instead of the grocery store, but that just means I eat more sausage with breakfast.
