The first thought I had was “Harry Hotspur”-it is just about the only time the word is seen here.
There are those who criticize
Every “cowboy” president-
The ones like Reagan and W
Always draw major dissent
And the hotspur called Obama
Condemns them chapter and verse
Then says something rash in public
Which is infinitely worse
If a president is tough in public
They need to have a cowboy’s class-
Not to let their alligator mouth
Overload their hummingbird ass...
