Your’re wrong on so many fronts. First this is not a rural area. This is a highly populated mainstream park on the city’s waterfront. These dogs run wild.
No leash no owner.
We do not need to be threatened by some stupid animal. If I’m in the remote country I get it, beware ,be careful.
Not in my neighborhood.
Why do we have to endure someone’s mutt? I would restrict dogs in the city.
I’m fed up with some yuppies retriever jumping on me.

Sorry, dog lovers keep your stinking mutts in your own yard

In the city is a whole new ballgame. Dogs should be penned there. I live in a rural area, and have to keep my dogs penned even though I have 15 acres for them to run on.

It seems that since the county paved my narrow dirt road, the city joggers decided to use it, which set of my dogs. the road is so narrow that the jogggers run in the middle of the road. I expect to find one of the local hot rod teen drivers to come flying over the road and wipe out a jogger any day.
