Myth, Religion, Archaeology, Mary Settegast reproduces a table which shows four runic character sets; a is Upper Paleolithic (found among the cave paintings), b is Indus Valley script, c is Greek (western branch), and d is the Scandinavian runic alphabet.
I have the book request in at the library but I’m wondering where you got the image. Would love to some reading before it arrives...
Line c looks like the Phoenician alphabet, although scrambled out of order.
Greek was derived from it.
