I appreciate your response to my post. Forgive me if I sounded too harsh. Do we have a right “not to be offended?” Of course we do, but the inhabitants of Judah whom Jeremiah prophesied against had that same right not to be offended by the sin that was so prevalant then. I almost see a parallel between our Great Nation today and the Judah of Jeremiah’s judgment prophesy. And you know what, Grunthor, God even sent the righteous of Judah into captivity. As the church we have become apathetic to the sin condition which has deluged our country. When I think of Godly men like Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego forced into captivity, it causes me to reflect on the Godly in our nation. We really need to repent as a nation today. I believe there are modern day Jeremiahs heralding the warning of impending judgment upon the USA and we refuse to take heed. Just food for though, Grunthor. May God richly bless you and your family. Sorry I was so harsh in my first post.

In my copy of the Constitution I cannot find any specific right to not be offended. So you are saying that the Politically Correct are....correct? We need language/thought police to ensure that no one is ever offended?
