Serious question: Did I miss a FR policy announcement regarding Ron Paul supporters, similar to the one on Romney supporters?
To me, Paul has many more redeeming qualities than Romney. Paul gets a lot right, Romney, not so much. It is just that Paul goes over the edge with many of his foreign policy positions, like lack of border control and Iran nukes.
While I am not a Paul supporter by any means, I would hate for us to not consider his stances in other areas, where he is ofter more conservative than much of the rest of the field.
I don't set policy on FR.
But I personally find Ron Paul's Code Pink, blame-America stance repulsive. IMO, he's even more leftist than Romney and that's pretty bad.
I do remember Jim saying a few years back that Ron Paul and his anti-war spam monkeys could kiss his ass and I agree with that.
But for the actual policy on Paultards, you might want to ask Jim.
I don’t know of any formal policy regarding an anti Paul movement on FR. You will have to ask the management. As far as I see, there are a ton of Paul supporters floating around here.
I have no problem debating with Paulites here on how genuinely dishonest Paul is on many of the issues he is heralded about i.e.; earmarks. Personally I do not know why a straight up Libertarian, openly talking about a 3rd party run, is allowed to use the GOP Primary apparatus to promote his ideas. If he had any honesty and integrity, he would do as Gary Johnson and run under his true banner in their party.
