Of course with removal of homosexuality from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, there will never be any mental issues associated a person who exhibits their preference for the same sex.

They have all kinds of mental issues...addiction, depression, self mutilation. They often have childhoods with abuse and that causes all kinds of “issues”.
Said another way, whatever mental issues are dealt with will not be correlated with homsexual behavior, because to do so would be offensive, politically incorrect.
