No. Rick Perry served. From Wikipedia:

"Upon graduation in 1972, Perry was commissioned in the Air Force, completed pilot training, and flew C-130 tactical airlift in the United States, the Middle East, and Europe until 1977. A giant political myth is that RuPaul is pro life. He is for allowing the states to decide. How can any of your convictions be taken seriously if you say you believe life begins at conception yet it is OK for a state to kill what you yourself consider to be an actual human being?
