Honey will taste different depends on what pollens the bee's are using...if the hives are in an apple orchard the honey will taste different than if they are gathering pollen from other types of plants or orchards...(use to know a bee keeper) He rented out his hives to orchards and fed his bees kept the honey they made....of course there use to be a government subsidy on honey making....

Oh, it looks like I left out a word. “...flowers went into MAKING the honey.”
Of course, honey contains flower parts/extracts, not whole flowers. It still contains enough material from the original plant to cause allergic reactions.
