This article sounds like a lot of bunk to me.

That said, I do not like orange juice. I saw a show once on how it’s made—the whole orange is crushed, so it contains not just the juice of the fruit, but also of the peel. Yuck. If I squeeze my own juice, I certainly don’t put peel juice in it!

If you don’t like to see/know how OJ is pressed...I strongly suggest you never see/know how apple cider is pressed. LOL

I have made great orange cookies that call for grated orange peel, usually called zest on the cooking shows...same for great lemon cookies..

Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it.
Several members of my family have admitted that they like eating orange peels.

Citrus zest is used in a lot of recipes.

It has sparked my interest. I may try it myself.
