Found it:
Chicken Wing Dip
4 cooked chicken breasts, cubed or shredded.
In a skillet cook until smooth:
10oz cream cheese and 8oz bottle ranch dressing.
Add:
10ox bottle of Franks Red Hot Chicken Sauce
Chopped celery (to your liking)
Chicken
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Place in 9x13” pan and top with Monterey Jack Cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Enjoy! I got this recipe from my fav girlies’ real grandmother.

My sister lives in a big Hunky area and the Hunkyfest is a big deal every year, with people competing for best Paprikash. Because we’re goofy, we call it Poppykosh.

mine too! all four of my grandparents were off the boat from Eastern Europe. Both maternal grandparents from Lithuania, paternal grandpa from Poland, paternal grandma from Ukraine. Maybe our grandparents passed by each other on Ellis Island : )
