INDEED. That's one reason that even the use of 'conspiracy theory' is soooooooooooo idiotic to me. There's been NO "THEORY" to it for AT LEAST 60-110 years.

It's not out of the question. I could point you to at least one well-run fast-food place in a fine area in Silicon Valley that has a cash-only policy, and any number of grubby little mom-and-pop eateries as well. That might be begging the question of whether cash-only is an absurd notion when the business is a cannery, but I don't know if you were asking that specifically.
