Could be. Then it may be that they consider Trump beneath them. Some I believe have legitimate reasons, scheduling, tours, etc., and I am sure Trump understands that, others are just afraid of him. I theorize that he will endorse from the ones that do attend his debate.

Or could it be that The Donald has said that if he doesn't agree with the nominee then he could see running as an independent? Trump is a Republican when convenient, a Democrat when expedient, and an egotistical clown at all times. Why should the GOP candidates feed that?
