Trump is a fraction of the threat to conservative discourse in a debate setting than the Ed Schultz types who wholly dominate today’s media elite.
It was the RINO establishment who dissed Trump, on the birth
certificate, and the conservative base who embraced his straight up approach to the facts on the table. Now, you have RINO ROMNEY, who is propped up by the RINO establishment, dissing Trump again by declining the debate invitation, certainly acting on orders from headquarters.
Maybe Trump has had enough, and though it is possible that he favored Romney, Trump may hand the RINO crowd their head and decide to go hard straight at them, by endorsing and showering cash upon Newt, or one of the other conservatives. Trump has been manhandled by the moderates and the establishment—the very people who own Romney. It is doubtful that he likes it very much.
You better believe that the GOP establishment circled the wagons when Trump called out Rove for the waste of space he is. They probably told Mittens to boycott for that slight to their golden boy.
