So, ah, say that 23 year old “woman” gets preggers. Just how is that 15 year old going to stand up to the responsibility of being the dad? I guess your liberal ways only think of “Do it if it feels good” and not the real legal issue involved.
That 23 year old adult is attempting to engage a minor in legal responsibilties such as parenting that he cannot accept and his parent most likely will not accept. This is why we have laws protecting minors from predatory adults, male or female.
