“Do I think it is appropriate for a 15 year old to be engaging in such behavior? No I do not. If he were MY son he would be in a world of trouble. But this is a moral issue. It shouldn’t be a legal issue. In this case the 15 year old is just as guilty of immoral behavior as the 23 year old (unless the 15 year old is mentally or developmentally handicapped in some way). So why does SHE go to jail and he does not? Makes no sense at all.”
