Looks like a knife of some kind...with a loop of rope at the top.

She seduced her nephew. You are certain about who seduced whom?
Do you actually know any 15 year old boys?

They’re supposedly doing a remake of The Stand next year.

The miniseries was pretty good for its time, aside from Molly Ringwald. Gary Sinise was spot on perfect as Stu Redman.
I just hope they don't "pretty it up" in a new version.

There are two options, my friend.
Either she, the adult, seduced her under age nephew.
Or she, the adult, allowed herself to be seduced by her underage nephew.
Have it either way you like...it doesn’t change the fact that she is the adult relative of the underage nephew. I find it interesting that you believe the second scenario is somehow less damning though.

Yeah and since he’s the Walkin’ Dude anyway, walk on over to Nebraska and visit a little old Black lady BEFORE you get too deep into your scheming. Trust me, she’ll be trouble later.

I find it interesting that you believe the second scenario is somehow less damning though. Only very slightly.

Good point. And a stronger character than Harold Lauter might have been able to bring Stu down. At least cast better than Corin Nemec...
I love that book. It was the only truly "conservative" book King ever wrote, IMHO.

Not so titillating now, is it?Considering the picture, what a prime choice of a word.

Yeah its a great book.
The Dark Tower series was also fantastic up until the last two...when King decided all existence springs from...well, King.
I sensed a great disturbance in the force, by the way...as if millions of bytes had been extinguished by a server reboot. The 503’s seem to have been disappeared.

Words mean things. I try to pick them as best I can.
Did your aunt have breast augmentation surgery also?

when King decided all existence springs from...well, King.He has been sub-par since he got clean, as terrible as that sounds. His early works will always be known as his best...I got to meet him in 1979 in a little burg called Houlton, Maine and still have an autographed paperback copy of The Stand.
