Without context, texts mean nothing.
As I pointed out earlier, for all we know, the texts Gloria sent Cain are little more than impersonal questions, requests for advice, or whatever.
Do we really want to convict the man, because he told her that he thought a green dress was more her colour, because she asked him?
I watch a lot of court shows during the day, and many times the plaintiff claim they have e-mails to prove their cases. When they produce the e-mails, they prove nothing of the kind. They just hope the judge will misinterpret the e-mails to boost their claims in court. I don’t doubt there are e-mails, but I would like to see exactly what they say.
