Does a digital public library have physical books? I require physical books.

We pay an annual fee to Mecklenburg County library because we don’t life in the county limits, but it’s worth it for the amount of use we get. Our own county library system is not as well-stocked. We have a lot of online services available, but we do have to drive there to pick up and return books.

The digital libraries I use have ebooks, audiobooks, music, movies, etc. that you can download and keep for a period of time. I download audiobooks and listen to them on my iPod while I do chores. I download ebooks in Adobe EPUB format so that I can read them on my Kobo. If you require hard copy, I’m afraid digital libraries are for you.
