Fraud because they thought they were going to get sex after the meal? Fraud whether or not they got sex, because any decent guy probably thought there was a chance of a relationship with a real person, not just a business transaction where she gets five dinners and he gets her chosen form of compensation for his money.

Fraud because they thought they were going to get sex after the meal? Certainly there was the implicit understanding that she was somehow interested in a relationship, on some level. Most guys over the age of 15 know the type.
