The appointment of Rodriquez to the Supreme Court of Texas was in 2001 - 10 years ago. I imagine that if the Judge has a grudge, it’s for people like Smith. Smith, by the way, was opposed by every living former member of the Court in 2004, and has become a perennial failed candidate.
So your theory is that Judge Xavier Rodriguez has a grudge against “People like Smith”, and that is why he has seized control of what is supposed to be the prerogative of the people of Texas through their elected representatives?
