1. They will announce they have finalized a design for the firt generation of Hyperion Ecat reactors.
2. They will announce production schedules for the Hyperion including capacity for 2012 and dates of first delivery for the units.
3. They will annouce that they are now taking orders for the Hyperion units.
4. They will display functioning Hyperion prototypes, reporting on the performance of the unit.
I also don't think there will be any independent data to confirm the operation of the Hyperions. If they are ready to sell them, it will be interesting to see what terms they offer and what proof they will provide to interested buyers.
