That was on WKRP in Cincinnati. At the end of the episode
the station manager, Mr. Carlson (Gordon Jump) said, “As God as my witness...I thought turkeys could fly.” (During the
stunt, newsman Les Nessman (Richard Carlson) describes:
“and...they’re turkeys! Oh, the humanity!”—as shoppers flee in terror.)
an oh wait, you mean frozen turkeys...I think WKRP they were live... oh well!
