Bicycles left unattended by the kerb, ladies in skirts and gentlemen in hats, careful driving, step on step off buses with conductors, front gardens to the houses instead of car parks, no security grilles on the ground floor windows, milk deliverymen, no CCTV cameras, all of the people look like their ancestors came from those parts.

We threw a lot away in the 1960’s, I hope it was all worth it.
