Geez, why is it everything in the sky these days is a UFO? Maybe because Obama has killed any programs allowing man-made spacecrafts to fly these days?

Well...if it can be identified it's not a UFO is it? On the other hand there are lots of UFOs out there. That doesn't mean it's little green men from mars...just something flying through the sky that can't be identified. This isn't (necessarily) rocket science.
