Teenie, I found several recipies online for “Low Carb German Pancakes.”
Some call for coconut flour, others for the protein mix instead of flour - most use Splenda or a Splenda substitute.
The German Puffy Pancakes are so good, I may try to make them more healthy - (and then I can make them more often). ;-)
I’ll do some research on it. I try my best for low carb and that’s why I have given up a lot of things. And, as you know, so many foods you wouldn’t imagine having carbs, actually do.
