Do you cook a big Thanksgiving dinner or get invited somewhere? I was watching them cook Thanksgiving dinners this morning on the Food network and I got so darn hungry for turkey and gravy and cranberries it made my mouth water. I have never been a great turkey lover but right now I feel like I could eat a half turkey....LOL! And yum, the dressing is my very favorite. Now what in the world will I eat for lunch after that tantalizing layout?

PRAYERS GOING UP FOR OUR AMERICAN HEROES AND FOR OUR BELOVED NATION!
GEORGE WASHINGTON THE PRAYER AT VALLEY FORGE
In the coldest and darkest days of the American Revolution, General George Washington raised his prayers for the survival of his beleaguered Army and of the new Nation. The Lord answered those prayers, upheld his Army through a punishing nadir to everlasting glory and bestowed His manifold benefits upon the new Nation.
In like manner, let our prayers now rise for our heroes in the American military who seek to secure the benefits of Freedom on behalf of a people hungry for them. Father, look on our prayers for them with favor, guide their steps in righteousness and keep them in the shelter of Your healing wings. Bless and uphold them in the performance of their Mission. Through Jesus Christ, Your Son, Amen.

We go somewhere or Mr. BQ cooks :0)) Yummmm...... (yes, I’m sounding more and more of a spoiled brat, I know...).
We’re getting a very rare rain here today, sooo cozy! In fact, it’s been overcast for three days, but the rain just started today. What a treat in the desert.
