Oops, forgot to center the pic. Oh well. Reading about all that everyone is doing has made me tired, and very thankful that I don’t have a thing to do today for a welcome change. The kids and grandkids are all in N.C. and our church families are all reasonably well and enjoying their own Thanksgiving celebrations. So hubby and I are doing NOTHING. It’s great. No cooking as hubby is on a strict diet and I could care less about food myself, especially if I have to cook it. You all know how I love to cook s/ :o)
I saw the thread no Obamation’s proclamation..No mention of God..sickening.
I’ll check it out when I can. Its a busy day and I’ll be leaving the house in a little while. I have already made my contributions which are a fruit salad and sweet potato casserole. We’ll have too much food anyway. I am getting hungry!

Nan said the other night that they were going to enjoy being alone with their t.v. dinners...LOL! Sometimes people do get tired and need a nice quiet day. If hubby were here, we wouldn’t mind just being together. Even though, he loved to go where there was a lot of food. Bless his heart! He loved holidays with me cooking in the kitchen. He would always help if I needed him to do anything. He was such a good man! You truly don’t ever stop missing them but like I say, God makes us get better so we can smile and laugh after such a loss. God loves for his children to be happy. Now, I sound like a preacher but those are my feelings. Gotta get busy now. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your hubby!
