“They” are doing some sort of testing that will supposedly shut down tv and radio broadcasts for 2 minutes. It’s not going to be the normal beeeeeeeeep “this is only a test” thing. It’s even been announced by the msm and on tv as a PSA commercial.
My tin foil hat tells me this is a dry run for Hussein’s October Surprise (or as early as next spring) when he declares himself Grand High Poobah of All the Lands and cancels elections.
