It’s close, and even closer to the moon, but at that velocity, it looks like it would need to be pretty much a direct hit to be a problem. It’s not going to be deflected much by the Earth’s or even the Moon’s gravity.
Here’s a thought though. Comets some times break apart & leave chunks behind. Might be possible to see a chunk visit us.

Ok, so the end of the world didn’t end again the other day or a few months ago. Neither satellite or their space junk landed on my head. Are my odds getting worse now that this comet’s chunks might head this way? The sky really is falling!!!!
