So just reject it and set it to not do automatic updates. The one I found that was most important was not even documented. Firefox has been locking up lately...the cure was to update Adobe Flash to the Version 11. Problem solved.
Not only that but you have to go to the Adobe website to set your settings on Flash but they don’t tell you that. I learned about it from another FReeper. And the update reminders keep coming even though you have the latest version.
