The qualifications are:
At least 35 years old.
Born in the US.
Lived in the US for 14 years.
Rubio can be president.
Whether he meets your own definition, which is to be respected as your own definition - he certainly is as eligible as the current occupier.
So it’s a moot point. I say Rubio should run.
I’m series. He could very possibly become instant front-runner.
Funding, organization and logistics would take care of themselves, as millions of Americans jumped on the bandwagon.
