Nah That is a postcard from the days of “Penny Postcards”. Somebody sent me a lik where you can look up your state and your community and see pictures of old postcards.. I don’t think this one is that old. Looks like the 30s- 40s to me.

Weidman's Restaurant - Down Town Meridian. Since 1870
Had the best Black Bottom Pie I have ever eaten at this place. The walls are full of hundreds of pictures of famous people from actors to politicians who have visited and eaten there.
East Mississippi Insane Hospital - If it were still open I might be there. It has been closed for many, many years and the buildings are used as dorm rooms for out of town students at the local Community College.

They sure didn’t mince words on their titles in those days, did they? No “Meridian Sanatoriam for the Challenged”. LOL
I have 4 chairs made by this company. You have seen those chairs in 100s of movies, usually used as courtroom, or jury, chairs. I bought mine from a closed bank in Milwaukee where they had been boadroom chairs.
Nope they called it like it was!
There you go. That one looks like walnut. Mine are oak. Those are the most comfortable chairs.
