Cleaning toilets definitely has it’s downside BUT, unlike a door to door salesman, you didn’t have to deal with the rejection.

Well, the rejection you dealt with was more of a physical or bodily rejection, I guess, you know, technically speaking.

Mine was pure psychological and at the time, that was tough.

I kind of liked being a school janitor, especially on the night shift. I took my laundry with me and washed it in the home ec class at night. I even cooked a Thanksgiving turkey breakfast for the morning maintenance crew once.

I was one of the elves in the mall Christmas Santa setup one year. I had to wrangle the crying and puking children and their irate parents.

I needed the money for Christmas presents, ironically LOL.
