Dang, that’s a good one. Unless an archive (or monumental inscription) is found, it’s probably not going to yield to scrutiny. The Mycenaeans of that time appear to have learned most of their building styles and techniques from the Minoans. Later the Mycenaeans came up with the mighty corbelled dome (the so-called Treasury of Atreus being the best-known example).
