If she couldnt have won, we don;t deserve to win. You know ?
She was our best leader for 3 years.
I don’t get the connection. If Sarah Palin had no realistic road to the WH in 2012 why does it mean “we don’t deserve to win”?
What does that even mean?
It’s just not her time, that’s all. She needs to be a big force in this election and then a big player in the coming Republican administration.
She could still be President some day. It’s just not now.
And the problem is with her, not with us.
She has two major quits behind her — Oil & Gas, Alaska Governor — and there was just no getting past that in this election cycle.
It doesn’t have a d*mn thing to do with us not “deserving” to win.
She’s got faults that knocked her out of the running, just like Perry.
They are not the same faults and I’m not equating Palin with Perry, I’m just saying that, like Perry, SHE is the reason she cannot win in 2012. It’s not WE who are lacking. It is SHE who is lacking.
And she’s smart enough to see that.
It hurts.
It hurts the movement, and hurts everyone’s enthusiasm.
Plenty of time to recover, but I for one, felt yesterday like I’d been punched. Very bad news.
I’d hope she comes to some sort of senses, then endorses Cain, and Cain in return IMMEDIATELY makes a point to say she’ll be his VP nominee.
That would recapture the energy, she would not the in front getting all the mudslinging, and Cain is awesome.
And Cain would win. Big.
That’s what I would hope.
That would re-ignite the base. A win/win as they say.
That is, you know, stupid. Please stop using "we" all of the time as if everyone in this forum was an emotionally wed to Palin as you were.
America deserves to win, and it is going to take every good conservative in the nation to get it done. Stop sobbing and get busy supporting someone who is actually running.
