I am watching a Gilbert & Sullivan Opera (Patience) right now. I know it by heart, so I am singing along! LOL

Hello FRiends, I decided to take some time off to rest my eye. It has been watering a lot and felt I should give it a little rest. I washed a couple of loads of clothes and my son came and mowed, mostly to get the leaves up. We are covered up with them.
I did run through the thread and enjoyed all your pretty graphics as always! I may take tomorrow off also but will try to check in! We all know when to rest, I hope! I did the work I had to and rested a lot and naturally, a nap!

Take the time and rest that eye. It is a
must for it's return to it's normal health after the injections!
Nobody expects anyone to be here everyday!
Do what you have to do for YOU! We'll leave a light on for ya! :)

Jane Austen seems to be referring to the Gerry Eggleston poem in
post 1209, "Times Together".
You may compare to my, "Dancing Together" of April 27, 2004.
Dancing Together
To play a song together, that lasts for all your life,
It helps that you can be good friends, although she is your wife.
They played this at our wedding. It was a merry tune.
And weve been dancing ever since, a lifelong honeymoon.
The musics got some age on it. Its slightly out of style,
Weve added grace notes through the years, in keeping with a smile.
We danced the dance together. We walked together too.
Id not have stayed so long to dance, except to dance with you.
The time has gone so swiftly, I guess we had our fun,
I know well stay together, even when the dancings done.
So save the last dance for me. We know the music well,
And give a kiss at musics end, this party has been swell.

P.S. It works better with Billie's picture.
