A decent digital SLR can do automatic white balance on the fly. Photoshop on the RAW image does the rest.
It still looks a bit glossy to me to be done on the spot, but if it can be done, ok.
Oh yeah, I frequently find myself shopping at Target with my SLR out of the camera bag, the lens mounted and the mode set to RAW, just in case I need to do some serious PhotoShop work. ;-)
