First Lady Michelle Obama was spotted shopping at Target by an Associated Press photographer who told CBS News he was tipped off that she would be there.
AP photographer Charles Dharapak told CBS News he took the picture at the Target on Route 1 in Alexandria, Virginia.
The first lady's office confirmed that the picture showed Mrs. Obama, though it did not immediately respond when asked if it tipped off Dharapak.
"It is not uncommon for the First Lady to slip out to run an errand, eat at a local restaurant or otherwise enjoy the city outside the White House gates," said Kristina Schake, communications director for the First Lady.

You put things in the while your shopping, after you pay for them they are in a bag and easy to carry. Some jerky people will dump their cart and leave it in the check out area in the way of other customers. It is common courtesy to return your empty cart to that area near the front of the store.
Good job pointing that out. What? They have to clean the WH bathrooms themselves???

Michelle: The Queen. Puh-LEEZE! What kind of taste does she have? Have you ever seen her in a boob belt? Plus, she dissed my DVD gift set.

Michelle: Ok. But Target, not Wal-Mart. And you tell Target they OWE us for free advertising and I am not payin’ one cent for the loot.

she is pushing an empty cart and carrying a plastic sack with purchases inside - could be posed and not candid.

The girl behind her is a Secret Service agent. I’ve seen her in other photos with Moochie and the girls.
You can bet Moochie went to Target in a convoy of limos and that they kept all other shoppers out during this phony photo op.
