Conspirator by its very definition means more than one. So you are simply a conspirator...not a co-conspirator.

Not to get complicated, but if the object of my sentence is a conspirator, then subordinate clauses that reference other conspirators are rightly called co-conspirators, and not conspirators within that sentence.
