Surely to God the inmate who was receiving her ‘favors’ did not complain? I hope you are not serious. What if the sexes were reversed? Prison workers having sex with inmates is a situation fraud with dangers of abuse. What if she was a big fat ugly middle-age woman who extorted oral sex from prisoners? Would that be friggin' joke? What about a big fat male guard who took advantage of teenage female prisoners?
