Herman could vault to the front with a few key endorsements. i.e. if Newt, Santorum, Bachman and Johnson withdrew and threw their support behind Cain.

If she's not going to run, a Palin endorsement might work wonders for Herman Cain, my number one choice if she's not running.

My fear is that all those you mentioned plus Palin will be in the race, allowing the most liberal Romney to sashay away with the nomination, with the help of democrats in open primary states such as my own.

You will notice that EVERY FReeper is saying; “I love Herman Cain, but...........”.

And every other FReeper says; “I am reluctantly going with (fill in name Perry, Bachman, Santorum, or, I will hold my nose and vote for Romney, Newt, Huntsman, Johnson).

Joseph Farah suggested a few days ago that Sarah should run as a Democrat, since the field over there is so much less crowded.

Also, since it would make the path to Obama’s re-election that much more difficult.
