So now we are haters for believing that glorifying Chaz is wrong? We harm and wish ill will. Ummm, okay. Are we going to be called homophobes too if we don’t support gay marriage, gay adoption, and teaching homosexuality as normal to grade schoolers?

Liberal? Absoultely not. But not socially conservative if it means lying about my love for the kind, sweet people in my life who live quietly and happily, never harming anyone or wishing ill will on those who hate them. You folks should be as good.

Given that homosexuality and, especially, transgenderism, are almost a guarantee of an unhealthy life, physically, emotionally, and, yes, spiritually, I would say that if you didn't act to discourage such behavior in your "loved one", then you don't really love them.

It is similar to having a member of your family who is an alcoholic. In order to help that family member, you must discourage the self-destructive behavior. When they want to drink themselves to death, you must be strong and refuse to enable them, even when they tell you they hate you for it and curse you. That is real love. Giving in, allowing them to destroy themselves, is pure weakness and it shows that your love isn't strong enough for you to be willing to endure that kind of conflict. Instead, you are weak and give in, gratifying them in the short term, but ensuring their self-destruction in the long term.

Homosexuality and transgenderism is the same way. If you truly loved that person, you would do everything to discourage that self-destructive behavior, even when they say they hate you for it. It is too bad that you apparently embraced weakness instead.

I think it’s a mistake to think loving family members/friends who are gay, means accepting the lie that being sexually attracted to a member of the same sex is something that must be acted upon or be used as an identity.

The whole transgendered concept really doesn’t make sense to me. I just see confusion and disfigurement, not real relief.

Changing external body parts simply doesn’t change who you are as a person. If miserable as a woman, and nothing was done to change that....becoming a faux man won’t change anything. I suspect we’ll see her commit suicide in a few years.
