I have emailed the mod and the webmaster asking that my account be deleted, and my requests have been ignored.

Never logging in to your account again is VERY similar to actually having it deleted. You can implement that one yourself.

I have to respect people who don't like it here and as a result, just never log in again. How hard can it be not to log in?
